Gramma had been wanting to make Sabudana aka Jevarisi Vada the past couple of days.. She had eaten some yummmy vadas during their last trip to Bby at a relatives’ house..
So today being the boring sunday it normally is, we decided to make the vadas… here is how…
What you need:
Sabudana/Jevarisi – 1cup – let it soak in water for about 2-2.5hrs
Peanuts – roasted and coarsely ground – 1/2-3/4cup
Potato-2- boiled and mashed
Salt to taste
Green Chillies – 2-4
OIl – to fry
How to make:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well…
2.In a kadai, heat some oil… make patties of the mixture and deep fry…
Once it turns golden brown, you can remove from oil.. let it cool and dig in..
It was yummmy.. delicious… crunchy… crispy.. light… lip smacking… do try~ 🙂
