Today, after gym, walked over to Nilgiris supermarket, bought some stuff and when passing by the noodles/pasta isle was reminded of my college days [ i used to take noodles for lunch so often, cos my friends loved the noodles i made and would beg me to bring it almost daily…biggrin].. and so, i picked up 2 packets of Spinach noodles...wink [ it also reminded me of that ad that used to come on TV, with the kid who kept asking for Noodles… i think it was for Jr Horlicksrolleyes]

Got home, and while talking about what to make for dinner, mom said “roti, daal”rolleyes, gramma said “dosa”[since there was fresh batter n granpa loved itrolleyesrolleyes] and i wanted something diff.. was bored of these.. sent a look towards the Noodles packet and declared ” i am gonna make noodleswink today, with veggies n onions[ i mention onions specifically, cos at home we dont use onions on a daily basis, granparents dont eat n we are also used to it.. makes not much of diff.. but today thot why not, shall use them]…wink

Picked out the veggies, made the noodles and it was yummmy… every bite reminded me of college days… how i missed my friends… they are all married n in different corners of the globe…
