Origami, the word originates from “ori” meaning “folding”, and “kami” meaning “paper”; kami. It is the traditional Japanese art
of paper folding, which started in the 17th century AD at the latest
and was popularized outside Japan in the mid-1900s. 
On a lazy evening when i was out at Subway for the F4 meet, i observed Subash working his way through a sheet of paper to create a camera and that was it.. within minutes,i was seated across from him and trying to mimic his moves with the restaurant menu sheet… And thus began my Origami Journey…. I dont do it as regularly as i would like, but there are times when i get drawn into this art form, and spend hours and minutes working on a form…
Few weeks ago, i created a few flowers along with mom for a friend.. She sent them to her son’s school for a class on Flowers.. 🙂 And past few days i’ve once again managed to create a couple of pieces… The all time favorite of mine is ofcourse the Butterfly…. 🙂
